SHIPPING within Australia
$10 FLAT RATE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Pots will be shipped within 1-3 business days using Sendle courier service or Australia Post depending on location. Once processed you should receive your order within 2-7 business days.
If you live locally, please feel free to contact me to organise a time to pick up your order. Pick up will be from Northcote or Ivanhoe.
No responsibility is taken for delays in shipping or delivery once the order has been shipped. The same goes for lost or stolen parcels.
International postage is available. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to purchase some work and live outside of Australia. As postage costs differ dramatically from country to country, it is worthwhile tailoring postage to your specific location.
International parcels may be subject to additional local fees and custom duties. Please note that international customers are responsible for all of these fees. By law, international packages must be marked as "Merchandise."
No refunds on international orders.
Please note that all pots are handmade and one-of-a-kind. When multiples are available (such as cups, mugs and bowls) these pieces will be similar but in no way identical. Slight variations in size, glaze and design will occur. While we try to photograph true to product colour, there may be some slight differences between your screen and actual product. All sales are final unless item is damaged or incorrect.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item your return shipping costs will be payed for, and you will be offered a store credit or a replacement (where possible). Prior to this happening please photograph the faulty/damaged item/s as proof of the problem and email the images to email@example.com as soon as possible. Please obtain proof of postage when returning goods for postage reimbursement.
Store credit must be used within 1 year.
